Message: "I was here last Friday night. It is a very nice summer resort. Am spending 15 days in training at Reserve Officers Camp at Fort Monroe. Am having a nice time. Bathing is good. Am rooming within 50 yards of the Bay. We are practicing on 12" mortars. Expect to fire them on Tuesday. Best Wishes, D???????"
